- No, our company is managed by an Certified Professional Landman and business consultant. Should an Attorney be required, we may refer you to a qualified person.
- Do you take full control? Who makes the final decision?
- You Do! While we will represent your interest during the negotiation, you will be updated regularly on the status and will be able to voice your wants/needs so that we can better assist you in getting the best terms for you.
- What is your pricing?
- We offer flexible pricing plans depending on each individual's circumstances. For those requesting an upfront price, we use an hourly rate system. Should you desire a "no cash" option, we provide for a commission based system based on a small percentage of the total revenue. Our goal is to make this process work best for you!
- Do you handle issues related to ad Valorem Taxes?
- We've found that in the ever-changing landscape of Tax law, the client's needs are best served by a qualified CPA. We would be glad to refer you to a CPA that specializes in the the Oil and Gas industry.
- What's the difference between your company and a Bank or Trust Company offering mineral management services?
- Aside from the sometimes exorbitant fees that many Banks/Trust Co's charge, it's common to encounter individuals working in these departments who may have a background in finance or business, but lack an understanding of the inner-workings of the Oil and Gas industry. Our experience in landwork and through the many years practicing the land profession provides added benefit over your standard bank. Our goal is to get you the best terms possible, but also consider the desired end result for all parties of getting a Well drilled. A trust department may have a list of set guidelines which must strictly be followed, which does not allow flexibility in the negotiation, and could result in the offer to lease being rescinded.
